My car was broken into and my work tools stolen. Management couldnt care less. Homeless people dumpster diving in the complex!!! Mailboxes are broken open/ theft. Assaults in paking lot. Im talking men on women here people!! this place should be called the Trash of Austin Apartments. After 7 months i couldnt take anymore, had to break the lease. Managment suuux!!!

The apartments itself are not good. I moved in to a unfinished apartment,they didnt come out to fix anything.There was always to much trash in the dumpsters. They went through to managers in a years time, the accountant specialist had to be replaced. They were taken to court by me, then they fraudlent put a broken lease on my record after having to pay me my money back.They also had bugs, they did indeed come out to spray. From my personal opinion the bugs were somehow immune to the chemicals. There plumbing can be a problem... read more
first of all I didnt get the apt. I was told I was getting. My apt is dark and over looks a parking lot. The office is natorious for losing your paper work and rarely return your calls . The maintence staff will not fix your appliances or plumbing unless you have no heat/cooling or no water. The water is turned off atleast once a month without notice and often you will not have hot water. The gates are always broken and when they are, every gate has a different code to get in/out. This apartment facility is crap. Save yourself a headache and keep looking. Maintenece sucks, the parking is crap, and people just leave trash everywhere in the parking lot. The walls are paper thin and there are roaches everywhere. Theres supposed to be a DPS officer that lives there and is supposed to patrol the complex, but my car was broken into anyway.
