Went to pick up my xmas present from the office at 550 (because I'm like normal people and I work until the evening), the office is supposed to close at 6 so I had time. Well I get there and nobody's there. If you close at 6, stay open until 6. If you close at 5 then post that to your customers. You can afford it with all of the increaes to rent you've been doing!
