Whatever you do, do NOT move here. We had multiple multiple MULTIPLE issues that they refused to fix. They screwed with our rent payments and then said we owed because THEY made a mistake. They charged us a YEAR LATER for “damages” that are NOT in the photos I took on move out (they also refused to do a final walkthrough with us). They did not take photos of these damages and still charged us for them saying photos are only a “courtesy” (no it’s a legal thing). So many t… See more
This is the WORST apartment I have ever stayed at. I am now traumatized whenever I have to search for another apartment because of the ridiculous charges from Trestle Creek/Greystar. I was charged for dumb expenses that were never mentioned during the first walk through. I was also never offered another walk through when I moved out of my apartment. This is my first and last year living at Trestle Creek and it has not been a pleasurable 4 months. My garage was robbed due to a door malfunction that left the garage half way open throughout the night resulting in $2400 worth of stuff being stolen. There are no cameras on the premises so nothing was caught. There have been multiple break ins and robberies even with garage doors completely closed at this complex. Just drove past and saw a Trump sign at the main entrance. If they are encouraging their tenants to post signs on their windows, balconies etc that my not be a good thing. I would imagine it could cause some conflict between residents and that won’t be good for anyone.

Stay as far away from this place as you can. On Monday Dec 30th 2019, my brothers garage was broken into for the SECOND TIME. They vandalized it and took quite a bit of equipment and tools. Tweakers roll around with code scramblers and open any door they please. Its happened to 7 people we know here. There is nothing you can do about it. Unfortunately not everything fits inside the apartment so we were forced to leave a few things in the garage.
