If you like murder and drugs... – There are definite crime issues. As many have reported this place seems very innocent when you first move in, but as night falls you will see a much darker contrast. Living here is comparable to living in the ghetto. There seems to be no screening process for tenants; and it seems very much lawless. I have lived here for almost a year and have had to call the cops repeatedly. Recently on my floor a heroin dealer was shot and killed. WORST place I have ever lived. Hope you like tons of noise! – My roommates and I lived here for a year, were never late on our rent, and were always good, responsible tenants. In the last couple of months, the management put a family with a mom, dad, and two 3-year-olds above us. My two roommates work graveyard shifts, from 8pm to 6am. We started hearing loud banging, crashing sounds, screaming, and all sorts of excess noise starting at 5 AM and continuing all day. Every day.
