I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the results. I came in hoping for a luxury spa experience but left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. My hair is already black, and all I requested was a simple refresh with an all-over black dye and a trim. Instead, I was charged $305 and spent nearly four hours in the chair because the stylist was working on another client at the same time.
