Short Review: While I absolutely loved my silk press results, my experience post-service revealed just how unprofessional LaShonda truly is. What should have been a positive experience turned into unnecessary drama, with LaShonda resorting to body-shaming my friend under multiple Instagram posts. Lashonda is amazing and truly loves what she does. I started going to her for deep conditioning, hair straightening and trimming in February 2024. I’ve aimed to go to her every few months for consistency and haven’t been dissatisfied. She’s very talented and great at what she does.

I’ve been emailing for two weeks about an order on my hair oil. At this point I’m exhausting all forms of communication to get a response in any way. My order was incomplete. The customer service number on the website does NOT work nor do you get a reply back from support within 24 hours like site said. I love the oil and recommend it to everyone but I’m skeptical of placing another order and I’ve been using it for more than a year now. She really does a fantastic job, hands down. I haven’t gone to someone yet who has great time mgmt skills, and can cut precisely without missing the middle of my hair. Even advised she was running just a little behind schedule. Can’t beat that! I honestly came in for her to fix my trim, and she did just that. Everything was perfect. I will be returning. Thank you!
