Lionel was wonderful!! I booked him last minute when my usual person had to cancel right before I was attending a wedding. He listened to what I wanted, and made me a beautiful blonde once again. So many times, people don’t get your hair right the first time, but Lionel did. It was the perfect color of blonde and he was very detail oriented, making sure all the small hairs framing my face were exactly how I like. So, travelling from Toronto visiting family and needed a trim…well, ended up at tress and balance after a recommendation from my son, aaaand, just the best experience. Lionel, was as charming as he was talented. Two thumbs up !! Lionel, YOU ROCK !!
