Tresidio Homes worked very hard to please me in the construction of my home. I am a very detailed person. I have had 9 new homes built in 40 years. Tresidio did the best construction job I have been involved with. They were on-time, and the quality of the home is excellent. IF YOU WANT A QUALITY HOME BUILD WITH TRESIDIO.
I recently closed two Tresidio homes. These homes are well-built. Both of the home inspectors (from separate companies) said this builder does good work, in every area of the home things were finished at the highest standard. My wife and I just purchased a new Tresidio home in Red Hawk Ridge and we are so happy. The team helped us with picking out a floor plan that fit our needs and its perfect. Our construction manager Sam Waters was at our beckon call throughout the building phase and answered all of our questions and was very good at orientation. Here’s a suggestion, if you’re going to advertise your business on your truck maybe don’t drive like a jerk. Weaving in and out of traffic, cutting people off, speeding, and riding people’s bumpers. Just a thought 🤷🏼♀️

We viewed a few homes Tresidio were building and fell in love with the Davenport. We decided to reserve a lot in the Colina Vista subdivision in Star. We were told by Cinnamon, one of the realtors for Tresido, if we put $1,500 down to reserve a lot, it would lock the price of the Davenport model at $479k as long as the lot recorded with the county by a certain date, which it did. We just moved into our new Tresidio home in Star and my husband and I couldn’t be happier. We made our design selections a few weeks before the pandemic stay-at-home orders in CA and were unable to travel the entire time our home was being built. Project manager Joe Lords was fantastic—he video chatted with us weekly and posted lots of photos to the Tresidio portal so we could see the progress on the home and he was very responsive to all of our questions. From my standpoint I had a bad experience purchasing a new home built by Tresidio Homes. We purchased our new home after reviewing their model at Heritage Gardens on Linder Rd. Our understanding that this house was a model of a Birkdale plan and other Birkdale plans would resemble the model and amenities. They showed us the amenities of the home by Carl Baker sales manager.
