Tresidio Homes worked very hard to please me in the construction of my home. I am a very detailed person. I have had 9 new homes built in 40 years. Tresidio did the best construction job I have been involved with. They were on-time, and the quality of the home is excellent. IF YOU WANT A QUALITY HOME BUILD WITH TRESIDIO.
I recently closed two Tresidio homes. These homes are well-built. Both of the home inspectors (from separate companies) said this builder does good work, in every area of the home things were finished at the highest standard. My wife and I just purchased a new Tresidio home in Red Hawk Ridge and we are so happy. The team helped us with picking out a floor plan that fit our needs and its perfect. Our construction manager Sam Waters was at our beckon call throughout the building phase and answered all of our questions and was very good at orientation. From my standpoint I had a bad experience purchasing a new home built by Tresidio Homes. We purchased our new home after reviewing their model at Heritage Gardens on Linder Rd. Our understanding that this house was a model of a Birkdale plan and other Birkdale plans would resemble the model and amenities. They showed us the amenities of the home by Carl Baker sales manager.
