Neighborhood is nice and fully of great people. We built with Pulte and my parents built with Drees, so we got to experience the process from start to finish for both builders. Please go with Drees! We had issues with Pulte along the way when Drees was rock solid the whole time. The HOA is terrible but hopefully we can get them out soon…
Trescott is a serene and diverse community, its a beautiful environment to call a home.
