Our experience was mixed. Her appointment was set. I built my work and plans around when I'd need to be available. With 24 hours notice my wife learned (because she called in) that the appointment was moved 1 hour earlier. Then they kept telling me when I needed to be there (with them "rounding" numbers to ensure things stayed convenient for them - this is effectively what I was told over the phone).
