Jose in the optical department was awesome! I had moved to Texas and he shipped my contacts to me, since I couldn’t pick them up. Great service from him!
I had a DMEK done that was horrible experience and Dr Tres done a DSEK and my experience was unbelievable very very impressive there was no pain and from the DMEK I had been in pain with their eye for a year I want to thank Dr Tres so very much.
Staff is friendly but the smoke screen clears and I realized this place is in over it's head. Go ahead and make an appointment. Good luck getting seen anytime near the time you reserved. Be prepared to wait hours. Be prepared to have your appointment cancelled. Don't get your hopes up that it'll be a quick in and out. When they finally call you back the waiting has just begun. Update: Dr Tres is amazing. Best Vision Dr/ Cornea specialist there is. Thank you Dr Tres

The entire staff was extremely caring and knowledgeable. My mom had eye surgery and I was her designated driver. The staff made sure I was well informed and made sure I understand what my mom needed.
