Do yourself a favor and avoid this unprofessional and rude establishment. I attempted to check my 90 year old mother in for her appointment and the front desk girl refused because my mother's driver's license is expired. She didn't bother to ask if we had an alternate id, she was exceptionally rude and insisted that she couldn't check my mother in. A driver's license is only needed to establish identity. Check in was awful. Waited more than 10m just to speak to someone at the desk. Another 15m for paperwork. Why is this packet not digital? Even longer wait in the waiting room, more than 20m past appt time. It's easy to get in, but it comes at a cost.
