I have been going to tres Jolie for a little over a year now and the whole team and Dr. Perez are extremely thorough. Dr. Perez is the kind of doc that wants to ensure whatever treatments I do all make the most sense as far as my skin type, face structure, etc. I always see new kind of procedures online and I feel like most of us just want to try it but she’s very adamant about explaining it long term and if it makes sense for me. always been my go-to for a couple years now— I’ve never had a bad experience here. both the doctor and nurse are very understanding of what you want, but will be honest with what’s realistic. definitely recommend
Thank you, Dr. Perez, for the best advice I’ve needed and for your gentle touch and bedside manner. Understood what my face needs (and importantly, doesn’t need!!!) and helped me come up with a game plan in one visit while also giving me some sculptra.
I had such an amazing experience. Today I had my first laser hair removal for my underarm area. Since the very beginning from consultation to today I have received such great service. I had Fanny doing my laser removal today and she is so funny and great to talk with. She made me feel at ease, comfortable and was always making sure I was doing ok during the process. Cannot wait for my next sessions. Such an amazing place it is.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I scheduled an appointment well in advance, specifically before an international trip, and made it very clear how important the timing was. I planned my entire schedule around a Saturday appointment. In the days leading up to it, I received multiple calls from the business offering to reschedule me for an earlier date and time.
