Rhonda is a Great colorist. Nice to have your own private salon while getting your hair since
Rhonda in 31 is awesome! I've been following her around town for years, I'll follow her wherever she goes! I love the work she does. My kids get their hair cut by Rhonda and I recommend all my friends to her.
