Tex Mex at it's Best – We've been going to Tres Amigos since it opened and love the staff, the atmosphere, the good and watching the birds and squirrels eat the tortillas off the tortilla trees. The flour tortillas are to die for and the margaritas are yummy. Every time we go we see someone we know and you'll see tables of senior citizens right next to a little league team celebrating a big win. Tres Amigos is a great Austin landmark.
Must try! Salsa is good. By the time we order and get our food ( not that it takes long it's just good) we are on our second basket of chips. Great food!
Tres Amigos is great for Sunday lunch! This Tres Amigos is an absolute MUST for our family after church on Sundays! We love that they have such nice waitstaff and hosts. The salsa is always fresh and the food is always delicious!
waitstaff is good – I went there for lunch the other day and the food is pretty decent! OK the tamales are not that impressive.... but they have this new waiter with a long ponytail named Shawn and he was totally excellent! I gave him a great tip
Tres Amigos on Capitol of TX Hwy. is a Westlake favorite. Serving TexMex and some Actual Mexican food, this is a great place to get comfort food. Prices are reasonable and they have a Pronto lunch special if you are in a hurry. The restaurant has recently been remodeled including a new large scree TV in the bar.
