I was a walk-in. She gave me an appointment for 1 hour and 20 minutes later so I came back. I was on time because I walked back in at the appointment time. I still had to wait 22 minutes, but that was not an issue. There was 1 person sitting in a chair already. Otherwise, the place was empty except for employees. I said I don't want a shampoo. So how does “the perfect hair salon” get a C? And on top of that one of the owners slammed the sign on the health inspector’s windshield and is now facing court.. definitely not the people I want to trust with my hair! To boot!! They lied the hair school into Trenz and they got a B?! Absolutely terrible…
