I booked an appointment over the phone. The “manager for making wedding hair styles” is who I talked to. She was rude and had awful communication. I asked if I could have an appointment with someone who specializes with bridal hair styles. She lied and gave me Mike. Mike said he’s never curled hair before. Mike washed my hair.
