I visited Trenz Beauty Academy for the first time after reading many good reviews, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I went there for a haircut and clearly showed the style I wanted. However, the lady who did my haircut completely ignored what I showed her and cut my hair in a totally different way. Cosmo did an amazing job on my hair. He’s skilled, professional, and really knows what he’s doing. I’m super happy with the result and I definitely recommend him.
Today was my first time in this salon and I must say, Vito did an AMAZING JOB. I would gladly go back and wish I lived closer so I could be a regular customer. 10/10 😁 extremely pleased with the result
One star is generous. Where do I even start. I feel like I’ve been scalped, I feel like I can’t go out in public anymore, I had a wedding to attend this weekend I was told not to come I look so bad now. They must hire anyone off the streets here. Once my hair grows back I won’t be coming back.
