Why is it that the entire ac unit is in a bedroom. Ventilation is poor so that means the rest of the house is 80 degrees and the bed room is 65. Oh and now the ac is broke so it’s really hot now. I wonder how long it will take maintenance to fix it.
I have lived at Trenton court apartment for 8,years it is a old complex we know that before we move in management is a little behind on repairs so is every apartment in Columbia don't expect to live over your pay check..
Nothing ever gets fixed there but to evict you there sure fast with the process... Do NOT RENT THERE... unless u want to live around 10000 stray cats and maintenance that never shows up...
