Wonderful service at kia Mr Armstrong was amazing answer all my question
My mom had problems with her new Kia burning oil almost immediately after leasing it from this location. When we brought it in they kept telling her nothing is wrong with it even though she kept having to top up her oil. Now we get a recall notice from Kia saying the car is known to burn oil. This dealership isn't taking any responsibility for the flae diagnosis from the start and refuses to compensate or fix the vehicle. Sleeziest people working here in the service department. All of them.

Saturday, on the way out of town for the weekend to meet friends. 2017 Sportage breaks down on the very busy 401 due to engine seizure, despite regular maintenance. 88,000km. Pay for tow truck to nearest mechanic who says engine is seized - typical for these cars/Kia Continue tow to nearest Kia dealership (Tow costs at $350). Weekend ruined. Uber home to downtown Toronto.
