Absolutely pathetic people in the service department. Nicholas the service advisor is the worst of all who needs to be trained on proper customer service. The service department needs to improve upon their timely communication and service. No confirmation text was received following the appointment booking. This is despite them asking me to reschedule an appointment due to a service recall part not being in. I didn't end up getting a car with them, but I had a wonderful experience with David Morales. I test drove both the EV9 and EV5 with my 5 year old in tow. David was great with me and my son, and with describing the features of the car and how to use them. Ultimately, the cars were missing a few features that I really wanted, which wasn't David's fault. Seriously, call him directly - he was great.
