I had a very disappointing experience servicing my Kia EV9 at the TrenTo dealership. The service Consultant , Gabriela G, was unprofessional, communicated poorly, and did not take my concerns seriously. Upon arrival, I was immediately asked to sign a form agreeing to pay $150 + tax if the repair was not covered under warranty.
