Amazing program! Moms-in-Motion was such an incredible thing to be a part of. Ivy did an excellent job wrangling babies and postpartum Moms alike while guiding through some great workouts!
Amazing experience for their prenatal exercises! The trainers are very professional and supportive throughout the training sessions. It’s always a joyful experience attending their classes. Highly recommended for pregnant women, pre and post pregnancies!
I did the mom’s in motion program and want to give 5 stars for Ivy, Rachel and the whole program. It has been hard for me to get back into working out postpartum as I kept pinching a nerve in my back. With the program the exercises were targeted specifically for postpartum moms so it has made a world of difference as I have made it through without injury while healing and strengthening my body.
