This gentleman is the GOAT for helping with self care including preventative maintenance beyond support recovering from an injury. Very helpful.
Trent Health in Motion has amazing staff - always friendly and welcoming. I've been going to Alex for massages for a while now, and she is the best massage therapist I've been to. She takes time to figure out what would help you to feel your best, then provides a wonderful experience leading to relief (whether from pain or stress). I've seen other professionals there for various needs, and keep coming back because, again, the team is awesome!
The staff at Trent Health in Motion are all wonderful, professional, and informative. Dr Barrieau is an excellent chiropractor who provides the in-clinic treatment but also follow up exercises and tools for long term recovery. He truly cares! I have seen Robin Brough for massage and I highly recommend her! I always leave our appointments feeling better. She is also great at providing further feedback to get to the route of the problem.
I was seen by Michael B about a knee issue. Michael was warm and friendly and a pleasure to meet. I learned that he is deeply informed, and offered clear depictions even when discussing uncertain conditions. He was generous with his time and quite thorough in his assessment, and he provided careful guidance and appropriate interventions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michael B.
It's been a pleasure working with Dr. Jared Barrieau. I was in with some back and nerve pain from a repetitive motion stress injury. He provided great chiropractic care, personalized list of stretches and exercises to target my problem areas, and also offers acupuncture. Happy to report I'm no longer in pain.
