Trent was phenomenal in facilitating the marketing and sale of our home. Trent suggested a fair list price that had 3 buyers make offers on the first day it was listed. 2 of which were above asking. I couldn’t have dreamed for a better scenario. Trent also helped negotiate the purchase of our new home with a builder. He was a huge help in getting the builder to negotiate where they normally do not do so. I highly recommend Trent for all your real-estate needs.

Trent was always available for any questions, even the most silly ones. My husband and I were moving from Miami and really had a lot of questions about the area, Trent was always available. At times not being in town makes it difficult, but Trent made each transaction easy, keeping us posted at each turn. The home was exactly what we wanted and we are very happy we had Trent as our realtor

Trent Davis made the buying experience for us as easy as it could possibly be. He was patient with us as we saw house after house and assured us that when the when the house was "for us, we would know."
