Wow the staff here is so uppity! I went online downloaded forms read their policies filled the forms out and had them prepared to email to the store. I went in, yes with my items in bags, but prepared to get some hangers and hang them before handing over my items. The woman in the store informed me that no there's no emailing the forms, and set it in such a way that you could tell she thought she was above me.
