Wish I'd found them years ago! – I just tried this place out after reading the reviews here, and was very happy with Sue. She's the only one I interacted with, so I can't speak to the helpfulness of the rest of the staff, but I loved her. I usually have a hard time getting someone to really listen to what I'm saying vs. what they THINK I should be saying. No Complaints Here! – I am very picky with my hair. I have fine/thin hair, so I am very pick and cautious with any salon I go to. I am always worried that they won't listen to what, they will cut too much, or burn my hair, etc. So, when I find someone who does a great job, I stick with them. I have found that place at Trendsetters. My stylist took the time to LISTEN to exactly what I wanted and took all my concerns to heart. Best haircare! – I have been going there for a while and I have not seen ANYONE with ugly hair, and the owner is NOT mean/rude at all! dorothy123, you might be thinking of a different place, because I have NEVER had that happen when I get highlights or a haircut. Trendsetters<3 – Trendsetters is in a great location, close to home not too far away at all. I didnt have to wait a single second to be brought back. They were all smiling and and the girl who cut my hair made conversation...it was like we were already great friends. I really liked how before she even touched my hair she asked what i was wanting to do with my hair. No one ever does that. Some things never change! – Sure sounds like "amfa" is the inner workings of the owner to offset the negative but truthful review of "dorothy123". I have to agree with dorothy123...the owner is NOT helpful at all and doesnt seem to have a clue how to do hair herself. The environment IS gossipy and UNprofessional.
best in fayetteville – I moved here from Maine a few years ago and a neighbor recommended Trendsetters. I usually go to the mall for "quick cuts" and wanted something more professional! This salon is very professional and I loved the big mirrors! Everyone was very friendly and inviting! Trendsetters is definitely in a league of its own! I will go back!!!
Broke my hair off // owner did not help!! – I have had my highlights done for years with no problem at other salons. I lost my hairdresser and went here.. I went to Yong several times to have my highlights retouched at the new growth. I began to notice my hair was breaking off each time. The hair broke off at the bottom half (not near the root where the highlights were being done} because she would wrap the bottom half of hair in with the bleach on the foil. Trensetters is the salon to go to!!! – Wow! Dorothy 123 you seem a little over the top! I have been going to Trendsetters for many years and have referred many clients to these girls. It is probably the least gossipy salon and has a reputation as a professional but very friendly salon,and when did laughing become a negative enviorment to be in? You're review is a little too mean spirited for me.
