I had an appointment scheduled today for 11:15. I even had a confirmation text sent to my phone. But, they said I was not scheduled until next Tuesday which I could have rescheduled. However, from the moment I walked in the door, the younger receptionist barely even acknowledged me. I tried to show her my confirmation text, but she wouldn’t even look at me. We clearly see your appt was booked for Tuesday the 28th as of Thursday the 23rd, but we also see where the system did generate a reminder on Thursday and in the reminder it has the wrong date for the appt. After hating the thought of getting my hair done, and being disappointed yet again, I decided to try Trendsetters for the first time. Y'all I'll never go anywhere else again! These girls are amazing with hair, extremely friendly, and the best price for quality in all of town, I swear! I'm actually excited about my hair for the first time in YEARS. Robin made me love my hair again, and Miricle made me smile on a day I was, admittedly, feeling pretty low. Vome see these ladies and you won't be disappointed!
