Overpriced I paid 275 for a haircut and solid hair color will not be returning
I have been getting my hair done with Sophia for quite some time. She is absolutely amazing. Her detail to cut is beyond perfection. Her technique for color is impeccable. She always makes me feel beautiful and my hair loves her so much. She brought my dried out hair back to life and made it healthy. She gives me ideas about what kind of look I'm looking for and makes it come to fruition. My daughters (teenagers) also get their hair done by her. My favorite appointment is when I get to visit Aly! She listens, and nails it EVERYTIME! We spend the first 5/ 10 mins of me showing her several different looks and still she gets it RIGHT every time! Highly recommend!!
Called beforehand asking if they took walk ins and was told yes. So they scheduled me for 2 PM. Showed up @ 1:50 PM. Walked in got greeted and sat down. It’s now 2:40 PM and have not been sat down for the supposed haircut I wanted. Some lady walked in and in 5 minutes was taken in with the same name as me. Just saw myself out without hesitation. What a waste of my time and inconvenience.
