Loyal customer for over five years; however, there continues to be a lack of employees not coming to work on time, loud music, distractions causing interruptions of hair cut or color, had a schedule appointment but always waited from 30 - 45 minutes afterward, and the last straw was I called two days before hair color that I could not make and ask for a reschedule date for the next following weekend. I went to the store and asked for a trim, the llady cut 10 INCHES off of my long hair. After I told her that’s enough, she still kept on going and cutted my hair shorter and shorter. She then gaslight and kept on convincing me its not short even after I said NO it’s not. I didn’t ask her to curl my hair nor wanted it, she curled it anyways and charged me an extra 10. Afterwards she completely ignored me everytime I say something.
