I am rating trendsetter homes 5/5 stars specifically because of a couple of people we have worked with over the last 7 months for our home in Eagle Springs. Starting with Ashlee and picking out all of the house design selections. This is no easy task and to do it while trying to use your imagination when the house hasn’t even started makes it even more difficult. We have been very pleased so far with our home building experience in Eagle Springs thanks to Ethan Daniels. He made sure to communicate with us about every detail and when items would be completed. He was always very professional and detail oriented while working with us. Had we not had the chance to work with him directly on scheduling walkthroughs and all of the updates this review would not even be close to the same.
This company is not good at building homes. They have given up on quality and would rather buy you a gift basket to cover up the real issues. Do NOT buy from here. Do not become a trade partner. They will over promise and under deliver.
We moved into a neighborhood this summer where Ethan was supervising the construction. He went above and beyond his supervisory role with the company he worked for by ensuring that we were completely satisfied with our new home. He quickly organized sub-contractors to add small improvements to our home upon our request.
