Update to review - one of our Trend external doors has now seized in place. The lugs securing it in the bottom of the frames are stuck, and the door can't be opened - meaning that if we needed to exit the house in an emergency, we'd be stuck. However, Trend advised me that as the warranty expired, they won't fix it. The timelines for resolving this issue have been very unclear. There has been an ongoing matter between Trend Windows and the builder which has not been resolved since October last year. Despite this, technicians visited my property three different times to take measurements of the windows. Each time they assured me that everything had been sorted, which gave false hope. Trend Windows were a pleasure to deal with. Outstanding customer service from ordering to delivery. All the staff we've dealt with over the years always provide outstanding service. In particular, Vickie, Josh, Ian and Todd. We would definetly use their services again!
Very competitive pricing, unreal quality, speed and customer service! Brad, Habeeb, and Lola were friendly, and highly responsive to my questions and queries.
