Update to review - one of our Trend external doors has now seized in place. The lugs securing it in the bottom of the frames are stuck, and the door can't be opened - meaning that if we needed to exit the house in an emergency, we'd be stuck. However, Trend advised me that as the warranty expired, they won't fix it. The timelines for resolving this issue have been very unclear. There has been an ongoing matter between Trend Windows and the builder which has not been resolved since October last year. Despite this, technicians visited my property three different times to take measurements of the windows. Each time they assured me that everything had been sorted, which gave false hope.
