These trend aluminium window frames with double glazed glass were purchased for our 2020 rebuild in Canberra - and have no insulating performance. The cold comes right through the frames in winter and forms condensation and ice, damaging the timber and paint under them. Here is a frame inside our home with ice formed on it during winter.
