The absolute worst property management you could ever hire. They never go check the property when the lease expires and your house will be trashed by the time you fire them. They still use covid as an excuse to not look at thier properties. Trend away from this company. I had 3 houses trashed because they kept leasing to the same tenants who didn't take of the place.These guys are a joke will not look after your investment. They suck
If you want a Property Manager that never steps foot on the property, choose Trend. Their rental fee collection system is terrible. Tenants still have to mail in payments to the office. Dogs are not allowed on property unless an owner approves, but Trend doesn't care and will not reimburse owner for damages that have occurred. The property manager always says, "the broker won't allow that" and when you try to contact the broker by any method, he will not respond. I would not recommend Trend Property management to anyone.
Absolutely horrible customer service. My husband and I rented a property from them for three years, after which time they kept the deposit for no reason. Now as I attempt to purchase a house and need my rental records or a letter from them stating that we always paid on time, they informed me that it was at an offsite storage facility and could not have access to it for 8 weeks.
