This is probably the worst provider I have ever been to. Rebecca Robitaillle was my psychiatrist. Every-time I would explain the situation she would go into an example of a previous patient and refused to help me, I explained to her what had happened during her 5 weeks vacation, which she had someone else on the visit, she blatantly told me she could no longer help me for any reason. I’ve always received compassionate and empathetic support and have never once felt judged. I can be completely transparent about how I’m feeling and I know it will be met with kindness, which is huge for me. I also appreciate that Trend is supportive of harm reduction, and never approaches recovery from a shame-based or judgmental way.

My provider is great, however the office lacks a sense of urgency that has resulted in delays of my medication without regard to the impact.

I’ve been a patient at three different mental health clinics over the years, and I’ve had the best experience with Trend. They make it easy to make or change appointments through their website. Their office staff are much easier to get in touch with than any other clinic I’ve been a patient at. My provider, Rebecca, is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to really listen to me, and understand the way I’m feeling. She has been more helpful than any other provider I’ve seen.
