I couldn’t even book a service here so I can’t comment on that. I can comment on the lack of professionalism though. I tried to book a 5pm haircut with Rhonda because she had a bunch of time slots available on the website all the way until 6pm. She texts me asking if I can come earlier.. which obviously is not ideal if I’ve booked a 5pm slot. Been going here for years and getting my hair done by the owner Natasha for even longer. These girl have skill and knowledge, are always learning and are the nest listeners. The salon is modern, hip and cozy and I have never left disappointed. 100% reccomend.
