I am beyond disappointed with our experience here. They only get 1 star because in the end at least the floor looks good. We had this company come put in luxury vinyl plank and carpet in our new home. I talked with them about some pricing things to see what it would cost (carpet removal etc) versus us doing it ourselves. I appreciated the estimate with the pricing breakdown.
