James M. with the Trenchless Co. in Sacramento was GREAT! Polite, great communications explaining what he was about to do every step of the way. I had tree roots slowing my outdoor drains and he was relentless with hydrojetting until he broke through the roots. We briefly had a geyser in the backyard (to the enjoyment of the neighbor kids). Thank you VERY much!
