Dined in on a busy night and ended up waiting an extra long time for our food. Not only did Reed the general manager go way above and beyond to compensate us for the inconvenience, the most important part is he did so without us asking. This is how a business should be run. In this age it really stands out, when a place genuinely cares, above all, about guest satisfaction and loyalty. THANK YOU and we can't wait to come back :)
Drinks are good, service was good up until the end when we received our check. The gratuity was already added without us knowing and in very small print. We were told after inquiring that the manager had instated this policy for a few days now, and that there was some sort of notice on the front door (which there is not); however where both myself and friend are in the service industry we know that when presenting the check it must be acknowledged gratuity is added, and also most restaurants when adding gratuity do 15-18%- n... read more

Food is awesome !! But the service is absolutely horrible!!! Everything takes forever so plan on being there for a few hours
