The pizza and appetizers are good and they would have gotten a higher rating but the food always take too long even during slow times. It shouldn't take 15 min for a Caesar salad when there is only 2 other tables inside.

We go to Tremontes in lowell every Friday night pretty much. About three weeks ago I noticed an odd smell when I went into the ladies room. I thought perhaps they were having trouble with the plumbing. Last Friday while I was waiting I noticed the unisex sign. Obviously There's no problem with the plumbing a man walked out and I knew the problem immediately was men missing the toilet. I am not sure if I'll ever go into the bathroom again. I loved Tremontes in Lowell, always excellent service and great food!! However I'm not a fan of the new unisex bathrooms. I don't like the stench and having to wade through puddles of urine to use the restroom. Reed, the manager, was quite unfriendly when I mentioned this last Friday. 🙁

Rita, We are very sorry to hear about your experience with us and the restrooms. We have a new policy where a member of our team will be checking the restrooms every 30 minutes to check and make sure they are clean. We made this decision to make them unisex after many complaints for the line for the restrooms. If you happen to see the restrooms need attention, please let a staff member know and we will make sure they are cleaned up.
