Mason was great and answered all questions and followed through with his promises. He was great to deal with and not overly pushy
After being told that a car was being held along with a deposit the management allowed the car to be sold to someone else. Don’t waste your time as their business practices are very under handed!
By far the best dealership out there. I’m 2 1/2 hours away from this place but it’s by far the best. Customer service was amazing, and they were completely upfront with me on everything involving the car. Got a great price, and is very deserving of 5 stars. Would 100% do business again. And shoutout to Joe for his incredible amount of help!
Purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle sight unseen from Tremonte after contacting them online. Very easy to deal with and quick to respond to all of my questions. I’ve typically had negative experiences at car dealerships over the years but I would highly recommend Tremonte. We drove 2+ hours to buy a vehicle we had never driven nor had we seen it in person. Vehicle was all ready to go when we got there. No surprises and everything went smoothly. James, Shannon and Tom were all great. True professionals. Thank you.
