Salesman was great, sent videos and responded promptly. Took a beautiful 1 ton dually for a ride and came back to talk numbers. I almost fell out of my seat after I learned the nearly $1200 of optional extras that they were trying to charge me for- a GPS module added to a truck that already has OnStar and a blinking third brake light bulb that I can buy used on that for $16. Great communication. Easy to work with
Watch out for the extra fee's including the gps lojack and brake light flasher they try to push on you..along with 1k in doc fee's. Basically a fun way of adding $2000 on top of whatever cargurus price you see.
The car was too small for me but the salesperson was terrific and has notified me of other vehicles I might be interested in.
Had a wonderful experience. Test drove car on Saturday and bought on the spot. Car was ready for me on Monday afternoon. Had a few minor things I wanted fixed and they immediately got it into the Service Dept and fixed them. Would definately reccommend them. Ask for Alex
Great experience -the truck I was originally interested in sold the night before I was scheduled to look at it, but Gene contacted me promptly and also provided other new arrivals similar to what I was looking for, and I ended up going with a 2021 GMC Canyon Elevation and I like it even better than the original posting I had inquired about. The truck was immaculate, and it rides like a dream...absolutely love it. Very happy with my purchase and the service, thanks! -Matt
