We were ready to buy the car then they presented a print out that included previously undisclosed costs including 2 items that are installed in the car that were not optional or removable and were added to the price of the car at the end.

Worst experience i have ever had. They gave me a pricing on the vehicle that changed in 12 hours, even though they had all of the information on how we were going to finance. Also the Finance manager was rude and a liar. I reported everything to the big manager and never heard back. I dont recommend this dealer. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Good dealership but have some cost that shouldn't be associated with the original purchase of vehicle. Should be an optional cost, not rolled into financing cost.
