This place is the best
I’ve lived here for a bit over a year now, and I really like it. It’s quiet, the pool is very nice and has a good deep end, trash is convenient, and the location overall is very convinient to all things murfreesboro. It feels like I’m never more than 15 minutes away from anything! maintenance is very fast and you can set preferences to fit your lifestyle.
Sammie and Brian are wonderful and an attentive on-site management team. The community aesthetic is adorable and the location is so close to everything in Murfreesboro. I love the gym and dog park!
Looking forward to calling Roosevelt home - Cute property - nice dog park and gym. Love the pink French doors. Great location close to everything, but off the main street, nice and quiet. Sweet Staff.
Let me start by saying, the property is pretty. It's a small community, which is what I was looking for. My neighbors are very nice and helpful. Sammie was just the sweetest when I came to tour. Which is another reason why I chose this place. I'm happy to be living here.
