The following review/write up is long. I encourage you to read-on as you’ll find out more about Tremex. This termites/pest control company is a CON-ARTIST. Our builder used them for the initial soil treatment when he built our house and we stayed with them since. The house was closed in 2003. I transferred a termite bond that was on an existing house that I was purchasing. The company had treated the home less than three months before the sale and put a 300k repair bond on the house to backup their work. Three weeks after I closed on the home, I found active termites (granted this was only three months after they had treated the house). A rep from the company came out and spot treated the area. What a joke of a company. I have Never used them but had 1 of their trucks behind me. Guy was riding my ass then tried running me off the road. I had my kids in the car and was already going 66 in a 60 zone. If this is the people they hire then of course I would never use them!!!!

The office never calls back. They were a no show on our first visit. Then we had our bond renewal. When I paid over the phone they charged us twice. Getting the charge reversed was difficult as they never answer the phone or call back. Beware of this company
