I've been unfortunate enough to have to depend on Tremco in 2 different school district. It usually take days to get a call back and usually takes weeks to get someone out. Then when they do come out they often dont resolve the problem and blame someone else or something else instead of resolving the issues at hand
The operator I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and sassy. She would interrupt me and speak in a way that came off like she was annoyed to be talking for a whole 10 seconds
Milton Little is unprofessional.
Your employees are rude and very disrespectful. They're currently staying at The Marriott in Beachwood and my sister is the manager of the bistro inside. They have saying racist things to her for the last 2 days and I will be reporting them to BBB
