I’ve tried many different classes in Miami and other cities; nothing had me sore like this! This studio is stunning, with floor to ceiling windows letting in light! Such a pleasant session even though it was hard!
Super cute Pilates studio with great lighting. Instruction is good, very good for pictures. A little hard to find but overall great studio
coconut grove location is the best!
