The whole experience with Jennifer was great! The system they use to inform the sellers of showings on their property is amazing! There is no constantly calling and asking for updates. It's right there on your phone! She was always there to answer any questions we had, as well as pointing us in the right direction due to the home inspection (apprasial.) I highly recommend Tremaine real estate, you won't be disappointed!
My husband and I started to look for a house at the beginning of July and I didn't know the first thing about how to find a realtor. Ed Constable worked very hard, was professional and sold my house fast!
Ed Constable was very helpful along every step of the way on our home purchase. We wanted to move fast and he definitely followed through. We gave him our list of properties to view on a Wednesday, had it set up to view on Thursday, put an offer in on Friday and our offer was accepted on Saturday. We were up against a "Golden" buyer and the sellers chose our offer because Ed was able to inform the sellers agent (Jennifer) how excited we were about the house. I would recommend Ed to everyone and anyone!
