Did not have them as my personal Realtors thank god, but felt the pain nonetheless. Would rather have some teeth pulled. Absolutely unprofessional and incompetent to buy a home from. The entire drawn out process was a major headache and I honestly don’t know how they even make a living. Luckily we paid for a third party inspection, and then they acted like they didn’t know anything was wrong with the home. Do you want a company that leaves garbage at your new house well after the sale closes, and doesn't care? Trelora is your company. They lie about picking up their sign and keybox weeks after the sale and will say they'll be there "by end of week" and then never show up. Their solution after we kept following up was to just have us just throw it away (which would cost us money as the sign is very large)...
