DESPITE the staff being professional in their approach to me, they made a BIG MISTAKE. Because of a 'conflict of interest' that was their mistake - their NEGLIGENCE, they were not able to help me any further. So they HAD NO RIGHT TO ASK ME TO PAY $5000 which I did not! There was no retainer in any event. In fact, they HAD A REAL NERVE TO ASK ME! Furthermore, inspection of documents revealed MISSING DOCUMENTS.
