Clean, friendly, and conveniently located.
Trellis Pointe is conveniently located in the desired area of North end Tacoma. Small community with ample space. The one bedrooms are spacious and has the cutest built in bookshelf. I absolutely love that there is a washer and dryer in the apartment and that I have my own private deck. Living here has been amazing. Point defiance zoo is right around the corner. I love my apartment, the office staff is always there to help me, when moved into the apartment it was in excellent condition, the maintenance personnel is always excellent, the grounds is always maintain clean, It's a great location.
Love this place and the manager is really sweet. I was unable to rent there but she was very helpful. Thank you again Sashel.
I will admit that I have not been on the actual property. Having said this I called the management office, which according to their online information handles several properties, only to have the phone answered by a rude woman who didn’t even bother to help me or to offer contact information for the other offices. She told me they did not have any 2-bed openings now or in the future before I had even finished my question.
