By far the easiest move in process very friendly. Hands down best experience I've ever had. Anali took care of me and my family before I even had a chance to meet her in person.
My experience at trellis apts was a total disaster. AND the front office doesn't care about anything.
Honestly, if I could this these apartments negative stars, I most certainly would. My family moved to these apartments July 2023 from out of state. The office closes on the weekend and we were driving in on a Friday. Anali stayed 15 mins after to accommodate us, which was appreciated at the time, although she had a major attitude about it once I arrived in the office. I moved out of this apartment complex do to the maintenance man being very prejudice towards my son. He chase him with a bat for knocking on his door for trying to retrieve his ball that went over his patio. He cursed him and his friends for having a water balloon fight and also told them they can no longer play catch with their football for no apparent reason.
