My husband and my self have called and emailed this apartment complex in CG multiple times, leaving VMs. Unfortunately, no one has gotten back to us. This is very unprofessional, and I guess I’m dodging a bullet. I would not recommend this complex or any complex owned by this company.
This has to be the worst property management company in history. They do not protect the residence. They do not value their residence. If they own your property find another one and I’ve lived here three years. Have a horrible story from each year.

The staff doesn't want to take care of any necessary repairs in the apartments there are mice that are running into my apartment from the hallway there are gnats and bugs absolutely everywhere. Management makes excuses and tries to convince residents that they are seeing things. Stay far away from trellis management
The picture that they have of the amenities’s room literally don’t exist. There’s no TV in there. The AC does not work and it’s not pleasant.
