The staff doesn't want to take care of any necessary repairs in the apartments there are mice that are running into my apartment from the hallway there are gnats and bugs absolutely everywhere. Management makes excuses and tries to convince residents that they are seeing things. Stay far away from trellis management
The picture that they have of the amenities’s room literally don’t exist. There’s no TV in there. The AC does not work and it’s not pleasant.
Nonprofit?? Really?? OMG, what a lie!! They are absolutely for profit! The building I’m in, they let this place run down to slum lord condition but finally got a grant to refurbish because this is a historic building so now everything is finally getting fixed but I mean when I moved in here in December my apartment was filthy and there was stool in all the crevices in my toilet seat, dead bugs and live bugs too. There are supposed to be 6 boilers from what I was told and only two were functioning so some apartments were free... read more
