The 1420 building is constantly full of intruders and homeless addicts. I've personally risk my life putting several out as of early in the AM last night and over a month ago. This is a 100 yr old facility that is unsecured, mail and backdoor area constantly reeking of Fetanol and/or Meth and they refuse to do anything about it. It is easily the eworst ran building I've ever lived in and that's saying quite a bit. I've found out recently that the cameras in the hallways are indeed ploys that do not work. My husband and my self have called and emailed this apartment complex in CG multiple times, leaving VMs. Unfortunately, no one has gotten back to us. This is very unprofessional, and I guess I’m dodging a bullet. I would not recommend this complex or any complex owned by this company.
This has to be the worst property management company in history. They do not protect the residence. They do not value their residence. If they own your property find another one and I’ve lived here three years. Have a horrible story from each year.
