After a phone call from TGSL, which is the ONLY company that calls my direct work number, I began receiving a slew of unknown or harassing advertising calls regarding student debt. Very rude aggressive tele marketers. Never left a message saying they were from a school loan company. They will only say please call texas guaranteed when you finally call after their harassing calls you find out you are in collections and also on top of that they take your taxes when you don’t pay full amount of debt. Tried repayment plans to fullfill debt they never agreed and it was as long as 3 months 4’months. Instead they take your taxes and they want their on terms. No way. I went to school from somewhere around 2004-2008, also working low wage jobs, which in america normally meant making between seven and eight dollars an hour after working for the company for near a decade. Nothing but a bunch of low class, unhappy, ignorant workers that hate they job. They treat you like dirt! I don't know what happened to the customer service people that were working in previous years but 2016 staff is just TRASH!
