My mom recently has been at Trellis Centennial and everyone one of the staff I have come across have been exceptional. The case workers, Kristi, Annabelle, Laura and head nurse Lanny are responsive as well as showed that they truly put the care of my mom first which is comforting and puts your mind at ease. I am in another state navigating the care of my mom and I have interacted with several providers/staff, they have by far have been the most efficient as well as kind to work with. This facility is amazing and the care that they gave my mother deserves more than five stars. All of the staff showed compassion, Understanding and love for The work they do.
They take good care of their patients. My father has been in for rehab and they really try to help the patients recover. They provide good care for the folks that are weak and from surgery.
