NEVER AGAIN will I have the hospital transfer my mother here again, STAFF IS terrible no communication at all. Every question I've asked i get the same BS answer, oh I have to ask the Dr. My mother missed appointments cause of this staff. Among other ISSUES that I have with this Facilitie. Don't have your family brought here if you love your family.
Very Professional and Friendly Staff. Attentive to patients. Very clean and orderly place. I feel very satisfied with the treatment my friend is getting here.

I haven’t experienced Trellis enough for a 5 star review, but on this first visit I experienced a clean facility, with prevalent rehab activity, and a very friendly, helpful staff.
The staff was very friendly and sincere after my father passed. My dad could be very difficult at times but the staff was very patient with him.
