BE AWARE!! I have been a resident at Trellis for almost 3 years. It was nice in the beginning. NOT NOW. Rangewater fell off completely. Its cost vs return is terrible now. I have been living out my last lease here. The payment convenience is the only thing to be desired that was left here. Now that is gone. The new Robbins management requires you to get a money order, cashier's check or automatically debit your account now. They say they give you options. I agree there, they are options. From the moment I walked in, David was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. I got a tour today from David and he was incredible! I’ve lived in a lot of apartments over the years, and the amenities that he listed had me SO excited to submit my application. Hearing about (and seeing) the new renovations and changes coming was awesome, and he was so helpful and thorough when answering all my questions and concerns!!
Great new management at Trellis! Worked with us on our application and move in date! Highly recommend this location if looking in the St. Pete area!
