Trellis has been SO SO good to me for the past 3 years! The office staff is so kind and works fast, the Manager Kimberly has done nothing but make sure my family is taken care of and comfortable! Would definitely recommend giving it a try!

Stay away from this place, They take forever to fix anything and they try to charge you for add ons that don't even work.
I have been a resident here for about 8+ months, and I love it! The staff that they have that manages the complex are literally the best group of managers I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They genuinely care about their residence, if you have an issue, they do their best to resolve it immediately and are happy to do so! I have been a resident at Trellis at the Lakes for approximately 10 years, and I recently had a stressful experience regarding one of my vehicles being towed from the property. Management later informed me that a 24-hour notice sticker had been placed on the vehicle due to expired registration tags and two flat tires. I understand the community has policies that must be enforced, and I respect that.
