New management is awesome. Very friendly and responsive.
Don’t move here. These apartments are close to 50 years old and advertised as “luxury apartments”. WHICH I PROMISE YOU THEY ARE NOT. Cracks in the walls, creaks, leaks, and you can hear everything through these walls and ceiling. There always a roach/ spider issue here, and the management office will never answer your call or get back to you. These apartments are overpriced. They need to be demolished.
-Floods very easily -valet trash never picks up. Office is aware but says nothing they can do. -Office never answers the phone. Office staff is not very informative. Always receive a " I don't know" or "maybe" answer. Constantly getting weird charges on our amenities statement. Can never explain them. -Outside parts of my building is damaged, no cover on electric box, wires hanging out. -walls are paper thin. When sitting in living room you can hear neighbors outside.
I toured a unit, submitted THE $275 APPLICATION, and then David called a week later to tell me the unit I was quoted was not available due to squatters destroying it & was switched to a unit that was $300+ more per month. I made countless phone calls to the leasing office, left vice mails, and emailed only to not receive ANY form of reply. If i could do zero stars i would. I’ve lived a lot of places and this by far was the worst experience ive ever had. Ac constantly breaking, termite issue that never got resolved, finding lizards in my clothes in my closet, worst quality appliances that never worked, moving in with black mold covering absolutely everything, the stairs up to our apartment crumbling and breaking every time we’d step on them… the list truly goes on FOREVER. not to mention the random charges we’d get, paying 2,600/mo for a two bed that was fallin... read more
