I’ve lived at Trellis since October 2020 so I’d like to give a fair assessment of what it’s like to live here as a tenant. The complex was managed by Lincoln Apartments for sometime before RangeWater took over in November 2020. Since September 2025 Trellis has been managed by Robbins. In just over five years my rent for a 1BR apartment has increased by 66%. My lease requires me to pay $5/month for pest control that I have never been offered, $35/month trash removal that is rarely collected and a smart thermostat and door ent... read more
Overall, this is a great apartment complex. The grounds are well kept, the environment is nice, and it’s a comfortable place to live. I haven’t had any major issues with neighbors or the general atmosphere, which makes a big difference day to day. That being said, the only ongoing concern I’ve experienced is with maintenance. If you need something fixed, just be prepared to follow up and stay on top of it. Just wanted to say thank you to our Maintenance Team and Service Manager Eddy & Monet in the Front office 💪🏾, i have been without Ac for 5 days now and during that time Monet made sure to update me and communicate with any concerns I had, Eddy the Service manager made sure his team came out everyday and when the Ac unit finally failed he had his team install a temporary window Ac unit, and ordered and installed a new Ac unit yesterday ! I had to move to Florida from ohio and Jaiden one of the leasing agents made my journey so easy for me, he was very accommodating every step of the way and was very consistent! Thank you Jaiden! I highly recommend. It's a cute place with a lot to do. :)
