RecommendedI have been fortunate to borrow a coworker’s bike for a year, but I felt the time was right to find a bike of my own, fitted just for me. Plus I’m going to be doing my first sprint triathlon in the fall, so I wanted something to get used to. I had no idea what I was doing and the staff was so patient with me as I tried a few bikes and did a test drive in the parking lot. I’m very excited about my purchase and looking forward to hitting the roads and the greenways! I will refer folks to your store without hesitation.
Staff is super helpful. I bought a bike there a year ago and the staff treats me like a prince! My Remedy stays tuned and on the trails thanks to there bike mechanics and cost effective maintenance fees. You guys rock!

My husband and are beginner bikers and are on the quest to find "starter bikes" and to gain a little more education about buying a bike. We enter the Northlake store and much to our surprise no one came to assist us or to ask if we had questions. The store was not busy only one other guy being help by 2 associates. We brought in my wife’s Trek mountain bike that had been severely neglected for six years and my Trek Madone road bike that had collected dust for three years. Collin and the crew here fixed them up quickly and got them looking like new. Absolutely fantastic work boys, now it’s time for me to dust off my legs.
Went down to look at bikes and ask a bunch of questions. Dan was very helpful and spent a long time answering my questions. I have decided with the treatment I received by Dan and the other employees at Trek North Charlotte, this will be the place I will be getting my next bike. Great staff, large selection, cool workshop area, and nice selection of accessories.
I haven't gotten my bike back yet, but if the actual service is as good as the customer service I received today I will be thrilled!! Thank you so much for the last minute help and service! Excited to pick up my bike tomorrow!!
